On February 20th, 2 desks that were being stored on top of a cabinet at school, fell on my head. It caused a concussion and severe headaches which have taken over my life. This concussion has caused so much pain, mentally and physically. I had to have vision therapy and physical therapy for the problems in my eyes and neck the desks caused. Then on top of all of that, Covid-19. Everything shut down about a month after and so everything that was keeping me sane like friends and church was gone. Its not easy. It never is. But I have felt my savior beside me every step of the way.
While texting with a friend she replied, " I know that you can get through these headaches even though it might be hard and heavenly father and jesus are walking with you."
Another thought that comes to mind is a thing my old stake president shared at my 2nd year of girls camp. He said, "you are given these trials because you are strong enough to get through them."
I know this to be true. As much hardship and pain i have and am going through I know with 100% certainty that my heavenly father loves me and is challenging me, so that I can be like him, in his image and be able to return to live with him again. Amen.
Hang in there. I love you all, i'm always here if you need me! -Paris
I just like this verse because it says if you trust in God he can make weak things become strong. So the things you are most struggling with can become things you are really good at.

I hope you know how much all of us leaders love you, and miss you! We pray for each and everyone of you and hope you and your families are doing well.
As I was contemplating what message to share with you this week, a video the church made a few years ago kept coming to my mind. It is attached and I hope you all can watch it.
Am I good enough? I know this is a thought that has come across my mind more than a few times, as a youth and as an adult. We can often find ourselves judging our worth by comparing ourselves to others, but as Elder J. Devn Cornish of the Seventy said, “that is just torturing ourselves needlessly”. Instead of comparing and competing with others, we should aim to compete with ourselves. We should try each day to be a little bit better than the we were, if we are giving an honest effort that is all that matters. An honest effort will be different for each and everyone of us- it might be spending a few more minutes in the scriptures, really getting on our knees and saying that sincere prayer next time, sacrificing that extra hour of sleep to go to the temple (when the are open again 😊 ) or taking that extra minute to follow a prompting. The only opinion we should care about is our Heavenly Father’s, he knows us, he loves us, and knows when we are “really trying.”
With repentance, His grace and His mercy, the answer to the question Am I Good Enough? Will always be Yes, I Am Enough!
Love,
Sister Evans

Hello wonderful Young Women! On behalf of all the leaders, let me tell you how much we love you and miss you! We pray for you and hope you are making the best of this unique situation we are in.
This morning, I remembered a simple verse from Paul’s epistle to the Philippians in the New Testament. Philippians 4:13 reads, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” To me, this verse means that with the help of Jesus Christ we can do anything he asks of us. We can not only have the strength to endure trials, but we can have the strength to choose goodness over evil. We can do all things: choose the good, reject the bad, and endure the difficult. Paul knew what he was talking about—he had faced many difficult trials during his life, including being beaten and imprisoned for teaching the truth. He was even in prison when he wrote these words. This principle was true for him, and it is true for us: we can do all things through our Savior if we just turn to him during good times and bad.
He loves each of you—no matter what, and is there for you to strengthen and help you. Have faith in him, and everything will work out for your good.

HOW MUCH WE LOVE AND MISS YOU!!! We want to joyfully testify to each of you that Jesus Christ is our light, our eternal guide. Trust him! He knows our trials. He is the Redeemer of the world, our biggest cheerleader, even our dearest friend. “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” John 15:13. He understands you and will always be there for you through the good times, the lowest of times, and yes, even the boring times too! We want you to remember that He is the only source of enduring peace. He declared, “Learn of me, and listen to my words; walk in the meekness of my Spirit, and you shall have peace in me.” (D&C 19:23). We know that He cares about you because the spirit continues to testify this to us every time we pray for each of you. We know that He hears you. Now it is time for us to “hear Him”, by whole heartedly letting Him into every second of our lives. Remember He was with us in the beginning, He will be with us to the end.
Happy Easter lovely ladies!
Love, Pep, Cami, Jo, and Erin
Dear Pheasant Valley Young Women,
What a crazy month it has been! We, your leaders, have missed you so much. I hope that you are alright and that you are not too lonely or bored. Right now, we are all being put in an interesting situation, a time where we are forced to live life without so much busyness. I was reading an article by Elder Holland and he encouraged us to use this time to think about "the truly important things in life." He spoke of this time as a “kind of mandatory Sabbath—a time when we step away from our normal routine, from life as usual, and consider our dependence on God and the blessings from Him we so often take for granted."
What a great opportunity we have to stop being so busy and focus on the most important things!
What are the most important things in your life?
Is it your Heavenly Father? Then use this special time to study and ponder the scriptures. Listen to General Conference. List your blessings. Take the time to sincerely pray. Make spiritual goals for yourself.
Is it your family? Then use this time to serve them. Call your Grandma. Serve your brother. Learn more about your parents. Play a game with your sister. Go on a walk with your Mom. Learn about your ancestors.
Is it your friends? Then use this time to uplift them! Send them positive texts. Offer your support. Listen to them when they are sad.
I can't wait to be with you again. I can't wait to hear how you have used this special "quiet" time to be your best selves. I love you.
Love, Sister Koralewski
Well it is here... General Conference! Are you ready? One way we can prepare for General Conference and make it a personal spiritual experience is to come prepared with questions for your Heavenly Father. In Amos 3:7 we learn that God makes his secrets known through prophets. We invite you to watch this video and think, "What do I want to know from Heavenly Father?"
